Account Deletion Request
Learn how to request the deletion of your account, what it entails, and how we handle your data with care, transparency, and respect for your privacy.
Important:
This page is for users of the SignalSync application who wish to request deletion of their account and associated personal data. Please read all information carefully before submitting your request.
How Account Deletion Works
SignalSync is a multitenant application where each organization has its own subdomain (e.g., your-company.signalsync.cloud). To request account deletion:
- Submit the form below with your organization’s subdomain and email address
- Your organization’s tenant administrator will be automatically notified
- The tenant administrator will review and process your deletion request
- You will receive confirmation once your account has been disabled and data deleted
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your user profile and personal information
- Account credentials and authentication data
- Personal preferences and settings
- Any personal data stored within the application
- Activity logs and usage history associated with your account
Warning:
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be irreversibly removed from our systems. Please ensure you have backed up any important information before proceeding.

Personal data will be deleted within 30 days of request processing
Backup systems will be purged within 90 days of deletion
Some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes as required by law Anonymous usage analytics (non-personal data) may be retained for service improvement
Note: If your organization has a specific contract with ARCHIBUS SOLUTION CENTER ROMANIA SRL, different retention periods may apply as specified in your agreement.
